Safety Shears for Shibari

Essential safety scissors for anyone practicing shibari. EMT shears are the standard tool for cutting natural fibre ropes. 

These are blunt-tipped shears with a serrated stainless-steel blade, designed for cutting clothing or rope close to skin.  They work equally well for both left- and right-handed.

Note: they're are also useful for trimming rope ends, or cutting longer ropes in half to make your own short lengths. We'd recommend a second pair for that, so that your "emergency pair" are in tip-top shape.
